empower PROGRAMME

  • A space for girls to grow in confidence and step into who they are becoming.

    LEIF is a a group programme for those that identify as female who need more confidence, support and encouragement. Our empowerment programmes enables girls to be guided towards building a life they deserve. Groups are for girls between the ages of 15 - 18yrs. Groups are limited to 10 individuals.

    Designed for girls who may be struggling with friendships, self-esteem, anxiety, difficult experiences outside school, or simply finding their place.

    Over six weeks, girls come together in a relaxed space to talk, take part in activities and think about what matters to them, what they are good at and what they want for their future.

    There is no pressure to have the right answers. It is a chance for girls to be heard, feel supported and start to see themselves differently.

  • The sessions focus on things that come up often for girls:

    • confidence and self-esteem

    • friendships, boundaries and relationships

    • feeling comfortable in their own skin

    • managing pressure and difficult feelings

    • future plans, goals and opportunities

    • recognising their own strengths and potential

    The programme ends with our famous LEIF Style Fund, a final confidence building experience, including hair, make-up and styling support.

    The programme is designed to empower each girl to feel more comfortable in herself and more able to step into the woman she is becoming, both personally and professionally.

  • LEIF is for girls between the ages of 15-18yrs who would benefit from support, empowerment and positive encouragement towards their dreams and aspirations.

    Each group includes 10 girls.

  • Programme cost

    One group of 10 girls
    £2,650 for the full six-week programme

    The cost also includes a LEIF STYLE FUND and make over which includes hairstyling and make up tutorial. Designed bring what they love to life, their character, unique style and personality.

  • LEIF is designed to sit alongside the support schools already provide. It gives girls time away from the noise of the school day to talk, reflect and build the confidence to make choices about the future they want.
